Loving Alone

My main inspiration for my self portraits is the work of Sarah Bahbah. Seeing her working in the style of film stills with subtitles over her images, opened my mind to the possibility of expanding my photographic style. I have always been a story teller and there is something rather freeing about becoming these different characters and creating stories through my photos. It began as somewhat of a ‘bit of fun’ and an escape from reality but has turned into one of my favourite projects
